Does anyone know the LA County ordinances re: pets in businesses. Are they allowed unless a sign is posted prohibiting? Or is it the other way around... Are they are prohibited unless a sign is posted allowing them? What about the dogs or cats or birds that are residents of the business?

You often see "No Pets Permitted unless Service Animals"... that's always on restaurants & grocery stores. Therefore, since it is very logical that animals would not be allowed places with foods, yet they put a sign up, one might assume that a sign is needed to prohibit.

 I'm specifically trying to find out about Inglewood.
