Does anyone know of any dog parks near the river?  I've heard of some that you have to pay for but I just moved here and that's a little bit of a new concept for me.  I'm used to the city funded parks

Where exactly along the river are you talking about? The closest to the river would be Dogwood Park at JTB & I-95.
